Part Time Production Coordinator
Lindisfarne Productions is looking for a part-time Production Coordinator starting January 2020.
Duties
– Liaise with several clients simultaneously regarding project requirements, goals, subjects, and schedules.
– Coordinate shoot schedules (subjects, dates, times, locations) for various clients and projects
– Research and conduct pre-interviews with potential interview subjects to help build narrative and develop effective interview questions
– Ensure team remains on track and updated on several projects simultaneously
– Assist in the management of post-production deliverables (maintaining open communication between clients and our team to ensure all deadlines are met)
– Conduct on-camera interviews with video subjects
– Assist with equipment on set where needed
Required Skills
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Strong Research and organizational skills
– Good interpersonal skills
– Eye for detail and good problem solving skills
– Experience in video production
– Willingness to learn
– Basic knowledge of editing in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere an asset
