FAVA brings to you Starlight Cinema, a mobile outdoor movie theatre experience. Our Standard Rental Package takes the technical aspects of screening a film off your shoulders.

We provide the projection equipment, sound system (seated audiences), 500 ft. RF transmitter (drive-ins), audio, video, and licensing of the film(s).

Note: Concession, admission, marketing, washrooms, venue, and ushering are responsibilities of the renter.

Rates: For One Night, One Screening

  • Standard Rate (May-Oct) $3,500
  • Winter Rate (Nov-April) $3,650

Prices may vary depending on the film licensing fee.

Discounts:

Not-for-Profits are eligible for the following discounts:

  • FAVA Film Discount: Save $200 – Screen a FAVA Film during preshow. FAVA will have a selection of films for you to choose from that compliment your main screening.
  • Volunteer Discount: Save $400 by providing two volunteers for setup

Requirements & Diagrams

  • Screen Area requires 15A circuits x 2
  • Safety Area needs to be close to car access
  • Generators are available for screenings more than 50′ away from power
  • Viewers are not allowed inside the Safety Area

Site planning is the responsibility of the client. This includes the concession, admission, washrooms, tents and all other structures.
