Are you interesting in Anti-Racism action? Do you want to get into filmmaking? Or maybe you just want to have a weekend filled with lots of fun and learning?! Canadian Cultural Mosaic Foundation is hosting the 48-hour-Anti-Racism Film Festival in Edmonton! They are now accepting participants to enter in the festival.
Participants will get 48-hours to make a short film (2-5 mins long) with the theme of Anti-Racism. The 48-hour film challenge will take place during the weekend of February 17-19, 2016, starting at 4:30pm at The Edmonton Digital Arts College (4th floor). You can do it alone or with a team of 4 people. There will also have filmmakers on-site with equipment if you’re new to filmmaking.
A red carpet screening gala will take place at the Princess Theatre on March 21, the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Prizes will be awarded to the winners, and the entire festival is completely free. Register today //bit.ly/48hrantiracism2017
